Splash and Dash

What is a splash and dash?

It's a term taken from formula one racing, and refers to the drivers popping into the pits for a quick fuel stop towards the end of a race.

Hence, these coaching sessions are aimed at those riders that need a little riding 'fix' midweek at the end of the working day. You could call it a late business meeting.

Sessions are held in the early evening, around 6.30 (ish) at Bolton, Rochdale or Cannock and are around 2 hours in duration and cover specific areas of your riding.

Areas covered in detail:

Corners and berms - in and out of them

Step ups and drop offs - the ups and downs of riding

Rock and Roll - rock gardens and pump tracks

Which way?  - line choice

Ruts and roots - how not to fall off

Or if booked as a group any area you wish!

* I run  splash n dash sessions on a 1-2-1 basis for adults and children.

During winter months these become night riding sessions and are far more relaxed in nature, and a lot more fun!

Max group size is 6 and cost £25 per person
